    The K1 hopper service is being turned into a bus stop service and elderly residents are complaining that they will not be able to walk to the bus stops. In Kingston there is a shopping mobility programme and so once at Kingston they can access shops. Transport for London are gradually turning hail and ride services into bus stop services to meet the DDA regulations. This is to facilitate access to wheelchair users.
