Do you really believe Hounslow Council will have an interest in this development? If not, what's the real response made to Croydon Council?

    Could the Mayor comment on the practicality of Londoners being able to renew their Freedom Passes once every 4 years rather than the present 2 year limit? It has been suggested that such a move could potentially save costs on administration, distribution and hiring of buildings.

    I understand that the Bromley Hospitals NHS Trust is in the process of writing to Mayor Livingstone to invite him to the Princess Royal University Hospital to see for himself how the lack of adequate access by public transport is impacting on patient care. Will the Mayor confirm that he will visit the hospital to witness at first hand the difficulties patients experience in accessing the site?     What is the legal position as regards the liability of staff of diplomatic missions in London to pay the Congestion Charge, in light of the long established principle that embassies, diplomats and their property are immune from taxes? They do of course pay tax on the purchase of goods and services however. Could the Mayor expand on whether he considers the congestion charge to be a tax or a charge for a service?
