    • Question by: Andrew Pelling

Traffic calming near the Selsdon High School is most welcome but what was the average cost of each hump (some sets are two humps, some sets are three), the overall cost of the hump works and what is the estimated individual hump to Monks Hill population ratio?

The DRAFT Sub Regional Development Framework East London Plan notes that 'It is often said that with the development of Canary Wharf, the international passenger station at Stratford and a raft of other public transport improvements, that the economic centre of gravity is moving East.' Is such a move recognised as posing very real threats to the Outer South London economy and to Croydon in particular which acted in the '60's and the '70's as the main out of central London office development location?
