    Further to our discussion at May's Mayor's Question Time, can you tell me more about the buffer zones that you intend to add to the existing congestion change boundary if the western extension is put into place? Will this benefit my constituents who live immediately outside the zone, but have not been given the discount proposed for west Londoners?

    a) Local conservation groups in Hackney have raised concerns about the environmental responsibilities of the Olympic Delivery Authority. Can you set out who will be responsible for delivering the environmental legacy and how much it is expected to cost? (b) Can you assure the people of Hackney that East Marsh will be restored to parkland after the Olympic Games? Are you able to give a timescale for this and for the further improvements they have been promised, specifically a land bridge, improved football facilities and replacement land for Arena Fields?

    A company in Waltham Forest who make products for the construction industry have contacted me because they are worried that although they are on the doorstep of the Olympic site, the main contractors could be free to source products from anywhere in the world. What can be done to ensure that local manufacturing jobs are boosted by the Olympic Games?

    Obviously the ODA's main objective will be to deliver an excellent Olympic Games. Bearing in mind Pierre de Coubertin's vision of Olympism as a whole "philosophy of life", would you agree with me that we also need to be clear about who is charged with bringing about the broader legacy in terms of regeneration, environment, culture and education?
