Drivers of North Middlesex University Hospital's hospital transport minibuses are facing traffic delays during rush hour when taking patients to outpatients appointments at the hospital. These minibuses are not permitted to use bus lanes. Drivers have received fines for using bus lanes even when attempting to help patients who have developed difficulties during the journey and patients are also frequently late for their appointments due to this problem. Could consideration please be given to allow hospital transport to use bus lanes during operational hours?
  • Seven Sisters Road/St. Ann's Road

TfL have met with them at my request and agreed to give them some additional assistance to try and relocate their businesses by means of liaison with local commercial estate agents.
