    In your response to my question no. 2662/2009 you failed to answer whether or not you could consider installing notices in bus shelters discouraging smoking in their vicinity, in light of the negative health impacts and nuisance caused. Whilst smoking may be legal, and enforcement may be difficult, will you consider installing notices to discourage this antisocial behaviour?
