Do you share the concerns of many of my constituents who increasingly report 'An increasing number of cyclists seem to believe that it is their right to cycle through red lights, constantly jeopardising pedestrians. Cyclists also go through red lights and/or cycle on the pavement, both on main roads and side streets. They weave in and out of pedestrians at will, often coming up behind you with just inches to spare I myself have had many near misses.
