    Where it is proposed to locate docking stations on footways, can you explain what spatial requirements you are applying to ensure that pedestrian activity and passage is not displaced or inconvenienced? In particular, can you reassure my constituents that pedestrian surveys have been undertaken in all such locations to ensure that passing widths are proportionate to the number of people using the footway and that the access needs of disabled users of the footway are met?
