Thank you for your response to question 3471/2009. I am quite astonished you made a U-turn on a major planning decision without checking representations from a political colleague, and that you consider it is not 'a good use of my officers' time, to verify every detail contained in correspondence submitted in relation to strategic planning applications.' -Should those 'details' of private correspondence not be verified if they provide the basis for you overturning a previous decision? -Now you are in possession of all the facts, will you be overturning your U-turn and denying permission to the Edgware Town FC application...

On the basis of the budget guidance you have given to LFEPA, and the draft Medium Term Financial Strategy you have been offered in return, when do you anticipate LFEPA's general reserves will be reduced to around the level of the £10.8m that officers have indicated is adequate?
