The Assembly's Budget and Performance Committee report noted that the budget reduction at City Hall was only 2.7% if the Olympics are included in the funding figures. Was it the case that your intention was for the reduction to be calculated once the Olympics removed (which gives a reduction figure of 15.9%)? Considering the previous Mayor always removed the Olympics from the calculations before determining the increases he imposed in order to keep the increase below 5%, do you consider it reasonable to adopt the same calculation approach?
