    Have Southern Trains provided a credible reason for removing services towards Norwood Junction from Charing Cross after 19:30 (as part of the South London Rail Utilisation Strategy that links up with London Overground expansion) and starting those services at London Bridge instead, thereby reducing access to and from the West End for Croydon residents during the late evening?
