You have repeatedly said that "cycling is becoming safer in London", but have not always made clear whether this is in absolute terms or in terms of the ratio of cycle injuries to journeys. Can you therefore provide figures for the total numbers of cycle journeys in the years 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, and any provisional figures for the first six months of 2011? Can you also provide (a) the number of all cyclist injuries and (b) the number of cyclist KSIs broken down into six monthly periods (January-June, July-December) for the years 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010...
