In your answer to MQ 2306/2012 you stated that TfL would complete its analysis of the revenue effects of the Olympics by the end of September. In your answer to Mayor's Question 2849/2012 you stated that this information will now be available 'before the end of the year'. Can you explain why this information has been delayed? Do you think this delay and broken promise upholds your claims to be an open and transparent Mayor?

In your most recent Report to the Assembly you state that you have approved the allocation of £5.1m to provide the GLA's First Buy partners with additional funding to secure further sales in 2012/13. However, your Mayoral Decision (MD1058) outlines the allocation of an additional £12.016m, including a transfer of £11.901m from the National Affordable Housing Programme. Please can you confirm how much has been allocated, and from which budgets?
