If so, does he condone this practice and if not, what will he do to prevent this practice becoming widespread?

If so, does he agree that musicians should be paid to perform and that it was unfair that, unlike other workers paid to put on the Olympic and Paralympic ceremonies and other events in relation to London 2012, some musicians were asked to play without payment? If he does agree this was unfair, what is he doing to resolve the issue with LOCOG and ensure that musicians involved in the events earn a fair fee for their performances?
