    With the uncertainty surrounding the effects of the Community Infrastructure Levy, what efforts have you taken to ensure the mayoral CIL will not have an adverse impact on the viability of development given that most boroughs are still to release their schedules?

    The Community Infrastructure Levy has to ensure it does not impact on the viability of development. Since the Mayoral CIL was published, the government has changed the definition of viability. This means that the boroughs, who are now publishing their own CILs, will be developing them to a different definition of 'viability' to what the GLA did. What impact, if any, do you anticipate this change in definition having?
