Thank you for your response to my question 2017/2189 in which you said "Use of TfL purchasing power - for example through power purchase agreements of renewable energy - is one potential route to the decarbonisation of the power supply which will be explored". However, Transport for London (TfL) does not use its purchasing power to source any renewable energy at present, and TfL's Finance Committee's recent consideration of "TfL Energy Purchasing 2020 to 2023", which authorises up to a £665 million spend on energy, makes no attempt to explore power purchase agreements with renewable or low carbon generators at...
