    I have recently been contacted by a constituent who had to wait more than thirty minutes to get through on the Police's 101 number when trying to report anti-social behaviour. After thirty minutes my constituent hung up. He would like to know if the police record the waiting times to get through on 101 and if so what is the average wait?
