    You will no doubt be aware of the appalling conditions residents of Marsh Drive in West Hendon have suffered during the “regeneration” of their estate, when undemolished and inhabited blocks suffer from leaks, mould and damp. They are not regularly cleaned or maintained, and as a result there are reports of children being bitten by cockroaches. Do you agree with me that it is unfair and morally wrong for Barnet Council to treat residents who live in temporary accommodation, and that all residents enjoy rights not to live in sub-standard conditions?
