    The Transport for London (TfL) Business Plan for 2022-23 to 2025-26 includes an appendix on climate budgeting which says that since the Government introduced the Energy Prices Act you have paused the proposed re-launch of the first Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) procurement. How long do you expect this pause to be for, what is the impact, and what contact have you had with Government asking them to reduce the market uncertainty this has caused?

    Bromley, Vauxhall and Woolwich are to become the capital’s new Night Time Enterprise Zones. Can you please clarify how your scheme would have a long lasting impact on these communities in terms of retaining a better night life once the initial £130,000 from your office has been used?

    For the Night Time Enterprise Zone for Bromley you have stated that “Bromley will bring the high street to life with events such as library lates and sporting lates - allowing an after dark experience and exclusive access - winter lights and night markets, accompanied by a campaign to raise the profile of the town centre. In addition to this, new ambient lighting will be installed as part of work to make the pedestrianised high street more welcoming.” Did these ideas come from your office/the GLA or was this included in the bid from the London Borough of Bromley?
