    The Transport for London (TfL) Business Plan for 2022-23 to 2025-26 includes an appendix on climate budgeting which says that since the Government introduced the Energy Prices Act you have paused the proposed re-launch of the first Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) procurement. How long do you expect this pause to be for, what is the impact, and what contact have you had with Government asking them to reduce the market uncertainty this has caused?

Could you tell me what programmes this money has been spent on and how much is still to be allocated?

    A press release issued by the Earls Court Development Company dated 21 November 2022 states: “Earls Court Partnership Limited has completed the purchase of Lillie Bridge Depot and associated land from Transport for London (TfL).” Could you tell me: a) who undertook the valuation of the land, b) what and how the value was arrived at, c) if there are any restrictions on how TfL can spend the money received, and d) will the money be sufficient to cover all future relocation costs of the depot and its functions?
