    Given that TfL has just started a consultation on plans to improve pedestrian and cyclist safety at the junction of Cheyne Walk and Battersea Bridge, do you share the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea’s concerns that the Sands End LTN might, by pushing traffic into Kensington and Chelsea, impede TfL’s ability to make those safety improvements?

    Although TfL has the right to reduce bus frequencies without consultation, your previous Deputy Mayor for Transport told the Assembly that this practice would cease. Will you commit to consulting on any changes in bus frequencies? Do you recognise that reducing bus frequencies almost inevitably means a worsening of the bus service?
