Due to the change in the Home Office policy that you were mentioning, Enver, there has been a real risk of issue because of the minimum of seven days to find alternative accommodation following eviction by the Home Office.     Is the Mayor prepared to make Health and Safety a core responsibility of lead contactors for all GLA Family managed construction projects that they cannot contract out to sub-contractors? [Brief- T&G and other unions are very concerned about the fact that many sub-contractors are not fulfilling their H&S obligations. Lead contractors say this is the responsibility of their subsidies. As a result the death toll on construction sites remains at shameful levels.
