Mr Mayor, Andrew Travers [Group Director, Risk and Resources, London Development Agency], on behalf of the London Development Agency (LDA), came to the Assembly's Budget Committee and very helpfully produced the spreadsheet that he has put to you as the London Development Agency's budget, very simply. That produces land sales of just over £800 million and the sales continuing on for some 25 years. Now that is a very simple spreadsheet with calculations in it.
