    In decision MD3014, you made the restriction of free travel for Older Persons’ Freedom Pass and 60+ London Oyster photocard holders between the hours of 4:30am and 9:00am on weekdays permanent. Since then, you said it was a benefit of your off-peak fares trial on Fridays that this restriction was removed. When you evaluate this trial will you make a fresh assessment on the costs and benefits of this restriction?

What standards is TfL expecting Riverlinx to build cycling elements of the Silvertown Road Tunnel to, and has TfL requested any update or correction to the project agreement?
