It was revealed that only 77 allegations of racism, from a total of 7,963 over an eight-year period, were upheld, and of these only three led to an officer dismissal. In most organisations this would be deemed a far more serious offence - what will you do to reassure Londoners that this issue is being dealt with effectively?
