In the light of the Mayor's statement that 'tackling climate change is now humanity's single most important struggle' what steps are being taken by TfL to eliminate, as a matter of urgency, the annual 500,000 tons of carbon emissions from the diesel burned by the London diesel bus fleet, substituting biogas in energy-efficient rail-based vehicles, as proposed for the Barking to Dagenham tramway?
