    In your letter to the Chair of the London Assembly Housing Committee in response to its investigation into the Affordable Homes Programme 2016-23 (AHP 2016-23), with regard to data on acquisitions, you said: “GLA project information does not include details of whether the acquisitions are new builds that have been converted.” Could you ask GLA project teams to start collating this information for outstanding completions from the AHP 2016-23 and for all developments funded by the AHP 2021-26?

    At the Housing Committee meeting on 19 October 2023, the Deputy Mayor for Housing and Residential Development said that the proportion of acquisitions in the Affordable Homes Programme 2021-26 (AHP 2021-26) is capped at 30 per cent of overall homes, raised from a previous cap of 10 per cent. Could you tell me how many of these homes will be acquisitions to convert to social rent homes and how many will be homes for demolition?

    Transport for London (TfL) has removed text from its page on the Silvertown Road Tunnel, which said there was to be a plan to help businesses adapt to tolls at the Blackwall and Silvertown road tunnels, as specified in section 21 of schedule 2 in the Silvertown Tunnel Order (2018). What is the current plan and timetable for transitional support for local businesses and when will details be published?
