    Siân Berry AM: Just briefly, I just want to say at the start that I have already had lots of constituents get in touch about huge concerns they have about cuts to the buses. That consultation is vital, and I will be encouraging many Londoners to respond.     Siân Berry AM: I would like to start with the Commissioner. On the TfL deal with the Government, one key part of that is the requirement to increase our fares in London by retail price index (RPI) plus 1%. That comes out at 4.8% this year, based on the figure for RPI that came out in July. Are you comfortable that a nurse in zone 6 is going to face an increase in the cost of travel on TfL services of as much as £20 a month according to this arrangement?
