    Caroline Russell AM: I want to put my question to Daniel Bridge, the Programme Director for the Royal Docks team. City Airport sits in the heart of the Royal Docks Enterprise Zone. What impact is it having on the health of people already living in the area, and are you doing any work to address this?

My first question is: who actually owns the land that The Crystal is on? Is it one of the GLA’s pocket strategic development sites? Is it owned by the developer Advanced Business Park? It is quite ironic because Assembly Member Arnold’s question is about digital access, which she clearly does not have this morning at all. I wondered if I could ask John Barradell and possibly Fiona Twycross as well, between you, what the Mayor and local authorities can do to support digital access for Londoners, which has become so important during the pandemic for everybody, from young to old. In the first lockdown, it is quite clear that local authorities played a major role, albeit with some mixed messages coming from central Government about what they should be doing or not doing. What is different in the second wave in terms of some of the issues they were performing in getting food and prescriptions to people?     Len Duvall AM: My question is to John Barradell. John, you are not attending this meeting in your role as Chief Executive of the City of London. You have rather a special role in London. What I do not understand - and I have seen various bits in the press - is why we need a Transition Board. What is the real reason for it? I still do not understand. Did something go wrong in the first wave, or is it just this is the best way forward in terms of dealing with the pandemic in this second phase?

At the same time, we have several countries like Germany, Sweden and France which are showing signs of a second wave of cases, and, worryingly, we have the new lockdown in Leicester.
