    In your answer to my question (2015/4034) you said that residents will be offered 'surety'. However I understand a tenant has been informed that a new body will take over the housing in September and offer a new contract. They have not been told who that provider will be or whether they will be granted a secure tenancy. Can you provide some more information about this and some reassurance to tenants?

Are the MPS looking into gaps in support and prevention around domestic abuse within Redbridge?     Residents in the properties formerly owned by MOPAC are now on assured shorthold tenancies generally for a twelve month period. While in your reply to my previous questions on this you state that the proper relationship is between Crown Simmons and the tenant your Deputy Mayor for Policing, Stephen Greenhalgh previously talked about a 'new approach so that eviction of long-standing tenants, some of whom are key workers, cannot arise in future. The Metropolitan Police is not a landlord, but it is right that we find new owners for sites like this that can give tenants the security they deserve'...
