    Your response to question 2425/2006 stated that 'The PCO will action any complaint whether it is made by a passenger, cyclist or pedestrian'. This conflicts directly with your response only a month earlier to question 2109/2006: 'The PCO only deals with passenger related complaints about taxi drivers and therefore the PCO does not hold records of complaints received from cyclists and other road users'. Given these contradictory answers and the poor response received by cyclists from the PCO, will you conduct a review into the way the PCO deals with cyclists' complaints?
