Your officers spend a great deal of time, a great deal of expense, catching criminals, banging them up, getting them charged, and then the matter does not go to trial.     When a constituent of mine spoke to a TfL representative on this matter, the representative was unaware of such a scheme. Why are TfL employees not aware of this important information, mentioned on their own website, for London's taxi drivers?
