Further to your answer to Question No: 2015/2759: 'Do you consider the Human Rights Act and the European Convention on Human Rights provide important safeguards to Londoners in their dealings with state bodies including the GLA family?' your response being: 'There are some important safeguards in both of these documents, which, if we were to replace them with a new British Bill of Rights, would need to be maintained.' Which of those safeguards do you regard as important; and which do you regard as unimportant?
