    Further to your answer to my question 531/2008 please can you supply the cost/benefit analysis figures for the solar panels on City Hall and the solar panel/wind turbine scheme at Palestra, both of which are unlikely to generate enough electricity in their entire lifetimes to even pay back the installation costs. How do you judge that such uneconomic projects promote London's economic development?

    Would the Mayor agree that it is high time a statue is erected in memory of Sir Keith Park who spearheaded the effort to protect London during the battle of Britain, and who along with the brave pilots he commanded we owe so much to?

    As Trafalgar Square is the place to remember our great service heros, does he not agree that this would be an ideal place in which to erect a statue of Sir Keith Park, especially as the RAF are the one branch of the armed services not represented in the square?
