I have received a complaint from a concerned elderly Londoner about the removal of bus countdown indicator boards from some bus stops. He states 'I assume [the rationale for removing them] is that everyone has a smartphone and can download the app. Well, everyone doesn't have a smart phone, especially many elderly people'.
