In decision MD3014, you made the restriction of free travel for Older Persons’ Freedom Pass and 60+ London Oyster photocard holders between the hours of 4:30am and 9:00am on weekdays permanent. Since then, you said it was a benefit of your off-peak fares trial on Fridays that this restriction was removed.
