I am going to ask my first question to the Deputy Mayor, given your contribution at the start, because section 1.4 of the original bid document promised these four great legacies: sport, community, environment and economy. Caroline Pidgeon MBE AM: I would like to ask Sir Peter. As Chair of the LLDC, you will take direction from the Mayor that you may not always agree with. You were the Commissioner of TfL at the time of the Garden Bridge fiasco. What lessons have you learned from the mistakes made at that time?
